In this five-part series of practical cases, we present a traditional media company headquartered in Oldenburg that was able to expand its existing product portfolio with a digital advertising platform. The digitization project was triggered by an investment in a startup. The online advertising platform later developed into a successful white-label solution for other publishers. The following text presents a case study from the study "Digital Innovation in SMEs," which will be published in 2019.
