With Energy Mapping, you reflect daily in a Good Work Journal on which activities give you energy or drain it. A simple and effective tool for this is the Good Work Journal, in which you regularly note:
- what you have learned
- what you have initiated
- and whom you have helped
over time, you will begin to recognize patterns. This daily reflection not only strengthens your self-awareness, it also motivates you to initiate small changes that can have a big impact.
In this section, you will find your personal Good Work Journal available as a downloadable file. We will not cover it further in the seminar, and it is not a mandatory part of the preparation. Instead, it is an optional resource you can use now or at a later stage of your entrepreneurial journey.
How to use the journal:
- Use it on five consecutive working days – ideally a full week.
- Take 2–3 minutes each day to answer the three questions.
- At the end of the week, review your entries: What gave you energy?
Which activities felt meaningful? What would you like to change?
Derive concrete next steps from your reflections.
A small exercise, a big impact – just give it a try!
