This is how the e-learning is structured

The e-learning consists of several thematic modules and individual lessons in which you will learn the key concepts and methods that we will explore in more depth together during the in-person seminar. It is not about understanding everything perfectly, but about arriving at the seminar with a first sense of the content so that we can immediately dive deeper on site.

Some of the lessons are marked as OPTIONAL. These are additional tools and exercises that we provide to support your preparation for the seminar but are not required. You simply decide for yourself whether you would like to go through them.

Your companion in the e-learning: Alex

The content will be delivered to you by our AI coach Alex. Even if this may feel unfamiliar at first, we have deliberately chosen this approach.

The seminar: a real human experience awaits you

What Alex cannot and should not do is replace human interaction. That is at the very core of the in-person seminar.

On site, you will be supported by a team of highly qualified coaches, all of whom have founded companies themselves. They know what it feels like when an idea is not yet fully formed, when courage is lacking, when you are unsure whether you are on the right path. And they know how to move forward from there. Our coaching team for EXIST Women consists exclusively of women who bring this experience and make it useful for you.

The seminar is the place where you can ask questions, open up, and build real connections. The e-learning prepares you for it – the seminar is where it truly happens.

The questionnaire: an important step, not an optional extra

Throughout the e-learning, you will come across a link to a short questionnaire at several points. This questionnaire is divided into several parts and is directly linked to the content you are currently working on. This makes it most meaningful to complete it in context.

Please take the time to complete each questionnaire fully before moving on to the next module. Your answers will directly feed into the seminar preparation and later into your personal final report. The more carefully you complete the questionnaire, the more valuable this report will be for you.
