Fall in love with the problem, not the solution, and develop only solutions that are demonstrably needed. To ensure this, test your assumptions as early as possible.

In the end, you should be able to clearly and convincingly explain your idea in one sentence. A tool that helps you with this will now be introduced by Alex.
